USES |
 Working
principle : SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is of
double cone form rotary tank , in which , steam or hot
water is fed into the sleeve under vacuum status for heating
, heat contacts the wet materials through inner wall of
the tank ,Evaporated steam after heat absorption of the
materials is extracted through vacuum exhausting pipe
through vacuum pump as the tank is under vacuum status
inside , and its rotation causes continuous up and down
moving as well as internal and external turning of the
materials , thus speeding up the drying speed of the material
, improving the drying efficiency to reach the purpose
of homogeneous drying . Application : this machine is
used for vacuum drying and mixture of powdery and granulate
materials in the fields as pharmaceutical , food and chemical
etc .,and esp .
Suitable for following materials :1.Thermal sensitive
materials incapable of accepting high temperature . 2.
Easy oxidized and hazardous materials. 3.Materials needed
to recover the solvent and toxic gas . 4.Materials requiring
lowest content of residual volatile object. 5. Materials
with requirement of crystallization form . |
