USES |
Rotary
flash drier developed by our plant through searching related
information , features rational design , compact structure
, novel and wide application etc , which can be used for
the fields as color , dyeing materials , fine chemical
, pesticide, fertilizer ,feed , food , pharmaceutical
and electronics etc ., capable of reaching the requirement
of high efficient and speedy , energy saving , compact
equipment and larger production , being the first creation
in the nation and reaching the advanced level of 1990s.We
use CAD design upon undertaking non-standard equipment
design , having the advantages as prompt , convenient
, efficient and correct etc .
Working principle
:hot air is fed into the mixing-crushing-drying chamber
through bottom of the drier at suitable spraying speed
from the inlet pipe , and produces strong shearing , floating
and rotation effect, by which , material is palletized
of the drier , granulate group with larger size and humidity
is mechanically crushed under the effect of mixer, granulate
with lower size and humidity is lifted up by rotary air
flow , during which ,it's further dried . As both pneumatic
and solid phased are rotary flowed , inertia of solid
phase is larger than the pneumatic one , larger relative
speed between two phases strengthens their heat transmission
media ,thus creating high productive strength of the machine
. Main features :
1.As material is palletized by centrifugal , shearing
, impact and friction , high dispersity and high relative
speed between pneumatic and solid phases strengthen the
heat transmission media between two phases , ensuring
higher productive strength.
2.Drying air enters into the bottom of the drier and produces
strong rotary air flow , which produces strong wash out
effect to the materials on the wall thus eliminated the
wall adhesion .
3. In the high temperature area on the bottom of the drier
, thermal sensitive material is not contacted with the
hot surface directly , solving the coking and discoloring
problem of thermal sensitive material is not contacted

4. High air flow speed in the drying chamber results in
short stay of materials ,reaching the requirement of high
efficient , speedy , and compact equipment with larger
production.
5.Elutriator and swirler are equipped on the top of the
drying chamber to control size and humidity of the output
materials , meeting different of different
